Ms. Anupama Venugopal – Senior Partner

Ms. Venugopal has over thirteen years of rich experience in diverse fields of corporate law. Her experience includes:
- Heading the drafting, labour and property law teams in the position of a partner of a Bangalore-based firm for several years, in the capacity of which she has drafted and negotiated several contracts and advised clients on contract law, labour law, real estate and various other laws;
- Handling various transactions pertaining to the acquisition of or investment into a company, sale and purchase of business, assets and shares of a company, independently with a team of junior and senior associates;
- Extensive involvement in matters related to real estate – acquisition, disposal and lease of property, having led the execution of several such transactions;
- Intensive experience in court matters, having independently handled various civil and labour matters before the High Court and other courts of Karnataka;
- In-depth knowledge of company and corporate laws;
- Coordination and obtaining statutory licenses and registrations.
Ms. Venugopal is personally involved in all matters, opinions and documentation handled by the firm and ensures that her time and inputs are invested in our clients’ issues.

Mr. Mahesh Revanna – Partner

Mr. Revanna has over seven years of in-depth experience in corporate laws. He has primarily been involved in:
- Handling matters involving property law, having successfully and independently dealt with various matters related to the sale and acquisition of property
